14-Day Money-Back Guarantee Terms
We will provide a full refund under our 14-day money-back guarantee in the following instance:
- The assessment was not used or received due to a technical failure on our side that prevented the user from accessing their test. If we resolve this within 48 hours, this case will not be valid for a refund.
We are not liable to provide any refund for any other reason such as:
- You don’t like the platform
- You didn’t like your results
- You didn't agree with your results
- You didn't get a social sharing scorecard with the result that you wanted
- You answered the questions in the wrong way
- You think the questions are too hard / easy
- You bought an assessment by mistake
- You lost or didn't see the assessment or report email due to junk/spam folder settings
The tests we provide are for information and entertainment purposes only. Reports represents only a small part of the factors that can be helpful in determining personality. It is not designed to specifically recommend or not recommend an individual to take action, base decision making or behave in a certain way, on the outputs shown within the report.
The terms and conditions of our 14-day money-back guarantee apply to individual paying customers only. In order to claim a refund, you must submit a refund request within 14 days of purchasing a test. Refund requests outside of this timeframe may not be considered.
